ANNUAL  PROGRAMMED FLOOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

One of the key areas is the actual sports floor. This is the area subjected to probably the highest wear and tear through normal use.

To replace this floor is a very large capital expense however you should never have to do this.

With a maintenance Contract in place you will achieve:

  • Protection of Court Linemaking so that it never needs re-painting.

WE OFFER 3 PROGRAMMES

GOLD.  Yearly.
You are contacted on an annual basis for your requirements.

PLATINUM. 3 Yearly.
We supply a fixed price for the 3 year term. You chose when you want the work done. And  each year we automatically carry out the work at that time.

DIAMOND 5 Yearly.
As for the Platinum Contract but with a fixed price for 5 years.

THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES
a.  Wash whole floor.
b.  Screen disc total floor area.
c.  Vacuum Floor.
d.  Tack mop full floor for final clean
e.  Apply 1 coat of Polyurethane.
f.   Clean up.
